Self-catering package

Groups wishing to cater for themselves, will be more suited to our self-catering package. This enables climbing groups the independent use of the cottage including all the facilities such as the kitchen diner, lounge area, bbq, and the four bedrooms. Groups will arrange their own transport to and from the airport (www.hertz.com, www.europcar.com), and transport to the climbing venues each day. Climbers can enjoy the flexibility of cooking for themselves in the fully equipped kitchen or sample some of the local restaurants of pizzeria's. It is the perfect solution for university groups or climbing clubs wishing to budget their holiday, yet still enjoy the prime location and comfortable accommodation of our fully furnished holiday cottage, with all the wonderful climbing of the Ariege on your doorstep!

Prices:

£575 for one week house let. (6+ people)

Holidays are for a minimum of one week. The property is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. (Whenever possible we will try to be flexible according to your traveling arrangements).
To make a reservation simply telephone or e-mail for availabilities. The property will then be held for 10 days pending receipt of completed booking form and appropriate deposit. Send us the completed booking form together with a minimum deposit of £150, the total balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. We will confirm your reservation in writing giving a date by which the balance is due. If this is not promptly received we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled without refund of your deposit.

Where there is no qualifying reason for a refund, such as illness, no refund will be made. However we may allow your deposits to be carried forward against suitable alternative holiday dates if these can be arranged, or transferred to another person, any extra charges incurred must be borne by yourself..
A refundable Deposit of £200.00 per booking is required with the balance of payment. All equipment within the house must be left clean and tidy at the end of your holiday. Any breakages or damaged items will be deducted from your deposit. Your deposit will be forwarded to you within 4 weeks of your return.
The property owner is entitled to ask the holidaymakers to leave the property without refund if, in her or his opinion, the behavior of the holidaymakers is unacceptable.
Whist every care is taken to provide an accurate description of the property, from time to time there may be alterations made. The holidaymaker's must accept that no refunds are available for such descriptions.
The property owner will endeavor to make sure the stated property is available for the dates contracted. We reserve the right to change the minor details of the accommodation. Any such changes will not affect the standard. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, the holidaymaker is entitled to a full refund.
Should the number of persons be exceeded at any time without the owner’s permission, the owner has the right to demand that the persons not stated on the booking form leave the property.
We cannot accept any liability for loss or injury due to acts by persons who we have no control.
Should any holidaymaker not wish to accept the above terms and conditions, they should write to the owner within two weeks of the deposit being paid in which case a full refund will be made. If such request is not made within two weeks it will be deemed that the holidaymaker has accepted the above terms and conditions.
